Room Rental Services
The BSC offers three different rooms for rent. Because you pay for space only when you use it, you keep your overhead to a minimum. All three rooms are available for rent by the hour, half day or full day. They are perfect for those who have an infrequent need for a larger meeting space or have a home office and want a more professional image. And as always, BSC members receive a discount.
Use
the BSC large conference room for small workshops, employee
meetings, marketing meetings, Board of Directors meetings,
etc. It will hold up to 14 people at the table or 20 using
additional seating. Or if you need more space, use the BSC
training room. It holds up to 25 for lectures or workshops
or 40 for meetings. In addition, we have a small one-on-one
conference room available for consulting.

Additional Details
A deposit is required to reserve the room for a specific date. The deposit is one half the expected rental up to one day. The deposit is refundable if the event is canceled two weeks or more before the scheduled date. If the event is canceled less than 14 days before the event, the deposit is not refundable.
Refreshments can be provided by the BSC and they include:

| Snacks, muffins, donuts, etc. | $2.50 per person |
| Box Lunch | $10.00 per person |
| Popcorn | $0.50 per person |
No other food or drinks may be brought into the rooms unless previous arrangements have been made with CFO Daniel Diener. If drinks or food are permitted, there will be a $25.00 service fee added to the room rental fee and an additional cleaning deposit may be required (depending on the items).
