Diener-Triplett BSC Incubator Program
|
Requirements | Specifics | Details |

All BSC programs are on a per person basis because our focus is on the individual and providing personalized services to help each person stabilize and grow his or her business.

The Diener-Triplett Incubator Program addresses the four needs of an owner to grow a successful business:
1. Problem solving - individual solutions for short term, immediate problems and access to opportunities
2. Coaching and mentoring - ongoing relationship with Dan Diener and Jan Triplett to help the owner achieve his or her personal as well as business goals.
3. Business and owner development - overlaying an effective structure and process on the existing business to improve the owner's business processes, increase their skills and improve their decision-making.
4. Long term business success in a shorter period of time - to move the business to the next level which is achieved by current business and business concept evaluation, long term strategic planning and monitoring by Dan Diener and Jan Triplett.

Requirements

To be a member of the BSC Virtual Incubator Program, you MUST:
• already be a business owner,
• be serious about growing a more successful, but not necessarily larger, business,
• be prepared to spend approximately 20 hours a month working on all areas of your business (vision and planning, financials, sales and marketing, books and records management, and administration). And, be willing to discuss your own personal life goals to ensure the business is built to meet those. There is work to do outside of these sessions and Incubator clients are encouraged to call or email with questions, concerns, opportunities, contact needs, and to discuss decisions before they are made. They are also asked to send completed items for review and improvement.

To apply for the program, you must first meet with either Dan Diener or Jan Triplett to discuss your specific business issues and goals to help you determine if our program is appropriate for you. The meeting includes a business goal evaluation which will be useful to your business even if you do not join our BSC Virtual Incubator Program. There is no charge for this meeting. Please call 512.933.1983 or email coordinator@bscusa.com to set a time.

The BSC program is tax deductible as a business expense. If you decide to join the BSC program and decide that our program is not for you, the amount is completely refundable up until your assessment is completed or within thirty days (whichever comes first).
