Owners MBA V is a new program from the BSC which is designed to critically examine business processes in each of the five key areas of business management. Participants will evaluate what they are currently doing in light of their stability, growth and expansion plans.

The objective of Owners MBA V is to determine ways to make running the business more predictable, stable, controllable, and profitable.
Main Concepts & Objectives
The Owners MBA V: Business Processes is a fifteen-hour program to evaluate all aspects of a small business. Owners of more established businesses can review decisions they have made and reconsider where they would like to go and how to get there.
Cost: $350 BSC clients and $500 for non-BSC members.
