The objective of Owners MBA I: Advanced Growth Strategies is to determine ways to make running the business more predictable, stable, controllable, and profitable. Participants are requested to bring in examples of their processes, procedures and financials for review and discussion. Only non-competing businesses will be allowed to participate in order to maintain confidentiality.

The Owners MBA I: Advanced Growth Strategies

Attendees will examine their business in terms of financials, marketing, sales, administration, recordkeeping and books, and funding. They will also identify potential problem areas that could keep their business from growing and being more successful. The course focuses on decision making, discussion, strategies and alternatives as well as long and short term planning for businesses at least three years old.

Everyone must begin with session one but can take the others in any order and over a year's time period. This provides you maximum flexibility in scheduling. is a eighteen-hour program to evaluate all aspects of a small business. Owners of more established businesses can review decisions they have made and reconsider where they would like to go and how to get there.
