The objectives of Owners MBA III is to determine the answers to questions that you can use in preparing a business or strategic plan.

Main Concepts & Objectives


Special pre-work will help prepare you to make the most of this intense program.

Work on a:
1. Clear statement of the feasibility of your business idea.
2. Description of your strategic opportunity and appropriate exit strategy.
3. Personal goals statement and two and five year financial goals.
4. Future focused organization chart with a procedure to find allies and partners and list of resources to help the owner accomplish his or her goals.
5. Strategy for finding and keeping staff.
6. Sales strategy to find and keep clients.
7. Written description of what the business will look like when it is successful with six-month and twelve month calendars of personal and business milestones.
8. Pricing strategy with competitive advantage.
