The Business Success Center is a private for profit business that believes that:

The purpose of any endeavor, including
business, should be related to a moral good.
- Individual
independence (economic, political and social) is fundamentally
a good thing.
- Each
individual should be allowed to achieve to the maximum of
their potential regardless of background, education, social
status, etc.
- The
operation of a micro or small business is fundamentally
different than running a large business in relation to cash
flow, marketing, resources, staff, risks, etc.
- Small
businesses succeed when the owner takes time to work “on”
and not “in” their business to develop business
systems: planning, administration, financial, book and recordkeeping,
marketing and operations
- Small
businesses should work together as allies in a true network
to foster mutual success and greater opportunity instead
of competing with each other.
- Small
businesses should provide owners and their employees with
a lifestyle which allows a healthy balance of personal life,
family, community and work.
The BSC’s primary goal is to help small businesses succeed. This success is measured:
- on
the basis of the stated goal and vision of the business
owner client,
- the
BSC’s ability to provide a good business foundation
in the development of business systems and
- the
opportunity it creates to help its clients stay up-to-date
or ahead of trends (technology, marketing, regulations,
etc.) which can impact their businesses.
This is accomplished sequentially and systematically emphasizing process improvement.
Improvement takes place through a mixture of coaching, mentoring, basic and advanced owner training and support services.
Success is a community effort. It is provided in cooperation with, and input and support from, fellow clients and outside experts at local, national and international levels.
