Your Success is Our Only Business
Whether you are having to turn your business around or just get it back on course, we know the best way to accomplish your goal.
Advertising & Sales Experience: Business Success Center founders Diener and Triplett began by bringing companies and their products and services to market (both new and established). Everything from high tech to no tech. They got press coverage for the smallest of businesses in the Wall Street Journal and New York TImes, took a client successfully to COMDEX, created business alliances and cross marketing opportunities for many of its clients.
Financial & Funding Experience: Having experienced 5 downturns in the economy themselves, Diener and Triplett recognized that they had to have a way for their clients to get control of their expenses and to help them find dollars in creative ways as well as through loans, grants, and investors. For his success in this area, the Small Business Administration named Dan Diener as their five-state regional Financial Services Champion in 2006. And the BSC was named a Certified Technical Advisor by the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and became a member of Central Texas Association of Guranteed Government Lenders.
Management & Leadership Experience:
Over the years, BSC has created books, articles, and training on every aspect of management. The goal: to empower owners who may not have had business classes or who found that owning a business and being just a part of management needed better skills and abilities.
Many of our successes have come from "family owned" businesses where working with a significant other or loved one could have sunk the business completely without our support and guidance. One of the programs to come out of this was "Working Together Without Killing Each Other", developed for partners.
Part of management is working with regulations and keeping on top of what is proposed. BSC advises clients and works on their behalf. In recognition of her work, Dr. Triplett was named Texas Small Business
Business Building Experience:
Diener and Triplett bought and grew the Entrepreneurs’ Association to 600 members. For this they were named one of the top 20 associations in Austin by the Austin Business Journal.
They also produced two highly successful trade missions to Ecuador and Japan with those clients who had a global vision and needed support to get there. One of those companies came back with a million dollar contract.
Then they created the OnCourse Business Navigation Matrix™ for those members with the highest potential of success. It identified appropriate priorities in each area of business and for each stage in the life of a business. This became the basis of the BSC Incubator in 2000. Their program was selected to receive one of five national awards for micro enterprise development by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
As clients became more and more successful with different needs, those were incorporated into our current VIP program. To date, we have had over 100 companies participate in the guidance and support programs designed to make businesses more stable, profitable, and transferable. The Austin Business Journal selected the BSC as one of Austin's top 20 Management Consulting firms.
